What is the Auction?

​The Haisley PTO Silent Auction the Haisley PTO's largest annual grossing fundraiser. It is an exciting, casual, adult-only evening out focused on raising money to benefit Haisley students.  In 2024 we raised $26,000 and had 150 community members in attendance!

Your event ticket provides an experience with a live DJ, interactive games, heavy appetizers, a cash bar, a photo booth,  friendly competition, community, and fun!  Bring cash, your phone (to bid online), and your energy to help us crush our fundraising goals!

Can't make it?  Don't worry - you can bid online throughout the evening from the convenience of wherever you might be.  You do not have to be present to win anything! (Share with your friends, family, and neighbors!)

Auction Event Tickets go on sale the week of March 3rd. 
  • $20 per ticket, which includes endless appetizers, DJ, games, photo booth and more! Ticket prices go to $25 on April 4th.  
  • The event will be held at the Polo Fields Golf & Country Club on Friday, April 11th, 2025 from 6:00pm-10:00pm.
